I expected less repetition
Hi Jeri! I apologize the listing was unclear its the same prompts every day. I will endeavor to make that more explicit. We find repetition is incredibly important for strengthening neural pathways and enhancing skill proficiency both of which are vital to developing emotional maturity.
This is a great journal for my tween, she is able to write her thoughts down. Also locks.
We bought this to send in a Christmas donation gift box for a preteen girl. The quality looks very nice. Book appears solid. Hopefully the young lady will like it and use it well!
Great for a preteen to hep get some feelings out
I bought this for my 11-year-old granddaughter, and she loves it! The lock is important for her, living in a home with five siblings. The prompts help her focus her thoughts. She's a bit high-spirited and doesn't really lack self-esteem, but it's still helpful for her to focus on how she wants to feel. The book is sturdy and attractive. I definitely would recommend it, and I'm thinking of getting one for all my grandkids.
